How Kylee handles your incoming calls:
Screen Calls with Live
Call Screening
If you choose, each
caller can be asked "who's calling", the response
will be recorded and the caller placed on hold.
Kylee will call you and tell you who's calling. You
can accept or reject each call. You'll never have to
take an unwanted call again.
Make sure that calls reach you
People only call one
phone number - your new personal number but behind
the scenes Kylee knows how to reach you. You can be
anywhere, home, office, in your car, or even in a
hotel while you're traveling - your callers don't
need to know. Important calls can always get through
to you - no matter where you are.
Record Voicemail
Callers can also choose
to leave you a voice message, which you can pick up
at your convenience or have delivered to your e-mail
account. You'll never have to miss an important
message.
How Kylee makes calls:
Dial by Voice
Now you can make calls
just by saying the name of the person you want to
call. You can dial by name or by number - just say
the name or the number to dial.
Get phone numbers
You can also get the
phone number of the person from your address book at
any time. Just say "Get Phone number". Your address
book is now available from any phone.
How Kylee makes sure you get your messages:
Get Voice Mail & return
calls - fast
You can pick up your
messages just by saying "get new messages". You can
even return calls directly from voice mail just by
saying "call back". You'll always know when a voice
mail has been left because you can have the actual
message delivered to your e-mail account. Just click
to play the .wav file.
Listen to Email
You can listen to the
messages in your existing e-mail account from any
phone just by saying "get e-mail messages". Your
e-mail messages will be read to you - right over the
phone. You can save, delete, copy or reply - all by
voice command. (requires pop3 compatible email).
She
even helps you set up your account!

- instructions on how to set up your account. It's
really very simple- you just call your new FDI Voice
number and Kylee will walk you through all the

Kylee

There is some
information that Kylee needs that is better suited
to input through the web. Your contact list for
example. Kylee helps you import contacts from other
sources, like Outlook, so that you have one single
place for all your contact information - an address
book available from any phone.
