Faith is what you hold on to
until you see what God says He'll do
but how can you have faith
without knowing God's word
and how can you believe
what you haven't heard
how will you know what is
promised to you
how will you know
God is tried and true
This is from the poem "Your Word"
The word is wisdom
it has everything you need
when you follow God's word
you will always succeed
His word brings understanding
peace to a troubled mind
all answers and solutions
in His word you will find
This is from the poem "Hand in Hand"
Trying times will come and go
when things get rough
just stand and know
It always seems worst
when a breakthrough is near
and just beyond the trouble
the solution is waiting there
This is from the poem "Days Gone By"
So as I look at the days gone by
I raise my hands and lift them high
Thanking God for each day of life He gives
looking back with good memories
but knowing my life I must live
not in the past trying to change what I did wrong
but facing each day with gladness and a song
A song in my heart and my soul
that's the secret of success and a life made whole
