fills a need, with the shortage of social networking outlets
for plus size ladies. It also provides career management
for those members who are qualified and serious about
modeling. With over half of the American female population
wearing size 12 and over, this “specialty” organization
actually serves a majority, as opposed to a minority
segment. Big is beautiful, and there are lots of gorgeous
plus-size ladies in this country.

models have done numerous runway shows, photo shoots and
appearances, demonstrating that they are indeed just as
"hot" as thin women.
2009 will usher in expanded undertakings for
Plus
Size In The City.
Membership will open up further, welcoming lovely plus- size
ladies from states outside of the Tri-State area.
A plus-size clothing line is also in development, as is a
dedicated comedy night at a local New York hotspot.
