In addition, BMIA.com will reject ads that: 

• Discriminate and fail to comply with the express requirements of federal and state laws.
• We deem indecent, vulgar, suggestive or patently offensive, including pornography.
• Promote online Gaming, gambling, or wagering.
• Promote the use of alcohol, liquor, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco and other tobacco products such as chewing tobacco and “snuff.”
• Trick people (Ads that mimic windows error messages).

Rate Payment Terms 

All ad fees by advertisers are payable 100% in advance.  Advertiser may pay with check, money order or major credit card.

FREE ad listings are added during the first week of each month.  Paid ads will go into rotation the first Monday that follows 5 business days from the date of payment, or the date of the advertiser’s choice as long as it is at least 5 business days from the date of payment.

Refund Policy

Advertiser may cancel at anytime.  Cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee.  

Mechanical Requirements

All pre-designed ads must be presented in a JPG or GIF format.  Ads must be no larger than 15kb.  Photos and pre-designed ads should be e-mailed to advertising@blackmeninamerica.com.
